THE SELF-TAPE: How to do Your Best Work in a Self-Taped Audition w/ELLEN NOVACK

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

This class taught by Ellen Novack, esteemed teacher, coach and author of Taming the Cyclops, is for actors already practiced in their craft who seek to act more effectively on camera and strengthen their ability to create self-tapes that show their best work.

The class will consist of a pre-assigned self tape to be viewed in the first class, then analyzed and worked on in class.

For the second class, each actor will re-tape the same piece, which will be discussed. Some work will also be gone on how to audition in the room.

The goal is to give each actor very practical tools to help them accommodate the growing need for creating the most effective self-tapes.
